Had an appointment with another place and went her by mistake. Good thing, saved me 80.00 on tires for the exact same ones. Suggest trying to price them. Mine where cheaper, just can't speak for everyone. But still worth a call you to might get lucky like me.
The fellas at Emerald have worked on my Accord, my boyfriends F350 and now my mom's Avalon. They are uber-efficient and get the work done fast once you sign off and approve work to be done. They offer competitive pricing. (Not the cheapest , but not dealership pricing...somewhere midrange where I would expect it.) They have stayed a little late when they could so I could pick up a car, offered a loaner car when we had no vehicle, and been extremely professional when issues arise. I highly recommend them for all kinds of repairs from brakes to suspension issues. I find they give you straightforward responses when you ask, "How bad is it? Are there any other alternatives? or Does that NEED to be done?" I'd give them 5 stars, but as I've told them a number of times, they need to keep the waiting area more customer-friendly. It could use more seating, less car repair advertising freebies, and a place for someone to grab a drink or a quick snack, especially when you are there for 4 hours waiting for your car. (think small fridge with water bottles or soda and a popcorn machine!)
UPDATE: The new manager has a habit of finding issues when do not exist. Buyer beware.
Was told it was only going to be $15.95 for an oil change. There was a 95 cent supplies fee in fine print on the counter, but I was charged a $3 fee for oil disposal that was in no signage anywhere, I was not told of this before the work was done, and the cashier couldn't come up with anything that said it either. I don't recommend using these people for anything.
Went in with a coupon and was completely satisfied with the Professional and knowledgeable staff. They went above and beyond to explain all the preventative maintenance that my vehicle needed and caught issues that other oil change places either overlooked or didn't care to inform me about. I no longer take my vehicle anywhere else.
I wish there was an option for 0 stars because that's what I would give them. I go in to get an oil change, scheduled for first thing in the morning. I waited for over 2 hours, apparently they didn't have a filter in stock and failed to mention this to me while I waited there the entire time. On top of it all they quoted me $1000 per axle to changes my brake pads and rotors, what a joke! They also told me I had an issue with my bushings and quoted me some ungodly amount. Turns out there was nothing wrong with my bushings, everything was in perfect working order. BE CAREFUL going to this place if you don't know much about cars and repairs. These guys are scam artists. DO NOT GO THERE
