We hired Ram Jack to stabilize our foundation on multiple sides. Jack, the sales rep, was great to work with and walked us through all the steps and told us what to expect and when. The work took a total of 4 days to do 10 piers and replace a large amount of concrete. The crew was extremely professional. They informed us of what was going on and how everything was going. Even when an issue can up, they let us know right away and provided us with multiple options on how to solve the issue. They cleaned up after themselves nightly and did an extremely good job cleaning up the entire yard at the end of the project. I would highly recommend them to Ram Jack.
The person they sent was rude and condescending. I asked a few simple questions and there tone changed completely and he walked out with out as much as a handshake. I have a quote, but if the architect won't look me in the eye after asking 1 simple question, I do not believe they will return my calls once they have my money
