Hotel undergoing major renovation and didn't inform us when reservation was made. I had 3 rooms... 1 renovated, 2 old. Renovated room was passable but the bathrooms in the old rooms were beyond disgusting. On the upside, front desk clerk was very helpful and friendly.
Absolutely worst hotel. Rooms weren't cleaned before we checked in or during our stay. I was promised the hotel would be renovated by the time of my wedding but it wasn't. This had nothing to do for the lack of cleanliness and customer service. The front desk refused to give my own mother a welcome gift saying she wasn't a guess. My wedding was perfect despite this hotel which was absolutely embarrassing to my out of town guests. I will never forget this dark spot of my wedding. My guests even had to change rooms they were so disgusting.
Best hotel I've stayed at for the price I paid. Helps that there's a cute girl at the front desk some days.
Sleep number beds in the suite we stayed in, not sure if they are in all the rooms but we were pleasantly surprised. Clean, nice.
