I work third shift i wasted my whole lunch to drive there and be turned away ay 12 38 am!!! They are supposed to close at 1 am. . I will never go back and ill be sure to let everyone i know not to go there. What a waste of time. And the guy on drive thru laughed when i asked if he was kidding that he was closed. .... Um yea its ridiculous to close 20 minutes early. Work your shift or give your job to someone who needs it. . Horrible customer service. Awful experience .
People are usually not friendly and food is usually wrong. The last and final time I went I was charged for things I didn't order. Food was all cold.
I've had two bad experiences at the location on vine street. First experience was one of the workers put his hand in the trash and didn't change his gloves until I told them he needed too and laughed about it. 2nd they didn't have hair nets on or a hat and super slow. Food was good tho. Need to get it together. Shouldn't be wearing hoodies on the floor
Ordered double fish sandwich which was good but don't buy banana milkshake..it was too sweet and obviously imitation and not real as they claim ,, also not thick & was like drinking flavored milk
